Ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: Love this game. Had the original WII Fit and now have this one which me and my wife always play when we have alot of people over and it's lots of fun with groups.

Cons: none

Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: If you are someone who gets basically zero physical activity, of if you have kids that need to entertained in order to coaxed into SOME type of physical activity, then Wii Fit Plus is fine. It's at least better than sitting passively on a couch. In terms of being somewhat fun from a gaming standpoint, it's about a 3 (avg)

Cons: As a true workout tool, even this upgraded version still fails miserably. Basically it fails to be a TRUE exercise tool because there is just TOO MUCH DOWNTIME between exercises. Your heartrate never stays up in the zone. Anyone who worksout regularly knows that keeping an elevated HR and 65-80% of max intensity is necessary to burn max calories and get an effective workout. Instead, Wii Fit focuses way too much on the 'game' part (ie, FUN) and too little on the 'Fit' part (ie, sustained EXERCISE). You spend so much downtime at the end of exercises and between exercises going through menus, making selections, watching flashy graphics and animation.. all the while, your HR is coming down and you lose the burn.

Overall Review: As an game for entertainment purposes, I'd give this 3 stars. It's charming and fun for the family. But as a true, hardcore exercise tool, 1.5-2 stars. If taking quizes and doing math problems is a normal part your daily gym routine, then Fit Plus is fine for you. But if you want to actually burn some serious calories and build tone (and some strength) then there's really only 2 options on the Wii.. EA Sports Active/EA Sports Active: More Workouts and My Fitness Coach. The EA game is definitely the best for overall strength and weightloss. It's well designed and just works. My Fitness Coach is actually a port of an old Xbox/PS2 game called Yourself!Fitness. Being a port, it doesn't take advantage of the Wii's motion control ability.. it's more like a very advanced workout DVD that's customizable, but there is no realtime feedback like the EA games. Regardless, both games are head and shoulders above Wii Fit Plus in the exercise catetory. Have lost 47 lbs with EA Active & MFC

Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: I like the addition of the new balance games and the ability to add family members (such as kids/dogs). Also adding the METs is nice.

Cons: Assessing your BMI is still way off, I'm overweight, but not THAT overweight and 6'1'..which as a result throws off the Calories Burned when doing various exercises. I use this primarily for the Aerobics and there is nothing new in that category, which I was disappointing with.

Overall Review: This is still fun, its reasonably priced..I like that its essentially an upgrade and you no longer need to insert the original Wii Fit in the drive.

Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: buy this game and this kit dreamGEAR Wii Fit 5-in-1 Fitness Bundle and you get the fit plus package others are selling for 80 to 100 less then others

Cons: none

Overall Review: none

Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Good addition to the Wii Fit needs more workouts and activities

Overall Review: The game doesn't have a lot of new games modes, workout or games but it does add new features that if you are using it to keep in shape are very handy.

Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Wii
Better exercise than it looks

Cons: It would be nice if the game let you go to past days to input exercises in the log. It seems it only lets you log for today. In addition, it does not seem accurate in telling you your best weight to shoot for. It seems high. It would also be nice if you could log more measurements than just your waist. It could then give you a more accurate assessment. I would also like it to then use that to give me an exercise routine based on what I really need to be doing and areas I need to improve - like having a personal trainer.

Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: adds more game and exercises to the Wii Fit repetuar

Cons: might not be enough addition for some people
